All the latest news and gossip from The Emirates this morning.

Arsenal are once again being linked with Ivorian full-back Serge Aurier of Toulouse. It is not the first occasion the Gunners have had their name linked with the player – but as the feeling grows that Bacary Sagna has already decided on a summer exit from the club new right-backs are in vogue for the transfer columns.

Aurier is just 21-years-old and interestingly enough is reportedly a boyhood Arsenal fan.

But Aurier is also joined by two other potential Sagna replacements in the transfer gossip today.

The Gunners are being linked with a£10 million interest in the services of Southampton starlet Callum Chambers while Sebastian Jung of Eintracht Frankfurt has been linked once again.

Frank Lampard, whose Chelsea team take on Arsenal this weekend, has warned his team-mates to take the Gunners title bid seriously.

The England international stated:

“Maybe Arsenal haven’t got the experience, but they have got a lot of good players and quality, every team has to break the mould sometime…To be fair to Arsenal, they are always there. I know they might have been slightly off the pace in certain years, but they are Champions League every year and top four. I think they have improved. I have got a lot of respect for Arsenal anyway. So I’m not that surprised. They have got a lot of quality players.”

Morgan Schneiderlin has opened the door to a potential move to Arsenal. The Frenchman has been consistently linked with a move to The Emirates after two impressive campaigns on the south coast.

And he reportedly said:

Arsenal? I have a three year contract, then it will not be easy. It is also my dream to one day play in a great club, so why not?”

Finally, and Mathieu Flamini has been singing the praises of his boss Wenger on his 1,000 games. The French midfielder stated:

t’s an unbelievable achievement. He means so much to the club for the achievements he has done until now. Congratulations to him, first of all.

“I think it’s someone who knows exactly what he wants. He has a vision since the beginning, he’s moved to Arsenal and he still has the same one. He know exactly how he wants to play. That’s remarkable…”
