Arsenal are well informed on a potential deal for Moises Caicedo as the Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder switches to a new agent.
That’s according to Fabrizio Romano, who has taken to Twitter to discuss Caicedo’s future.
Romano claims that Brighton are trying to keep hold of Caicedo in the final days of the January transfer window.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool are all ‘well informed’ on Caicedo’s situation though and could move to sign him.
The feeling is that Caicedo will stay at Brighton at least until the end of the season, with Brighton no doubt reluctant to sell right now after losing Leandro Trossard to Arsenal.
Caicedo has today outlined his commitment to Brighton, so the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool may need to wait until the summer.

Arsenal seem to be lining up a big midfield signing amid Moises Caicedo
Arsenal have secured two signings this month with winger Trossard and defender Jakub Kiwior arriving.
A right back could yet sign in Real Valladolid star Ivan Fresneda but Arsenal also seem to be eyeing a midfielder.
This could be for the final days of the January window or for the summer, with the latter seemingly more likely.
Caicedo would fit the bill; the Ecuador star has proven his quality in the Premier League with Brighton and looks set for a huge move in the near future.
The 21-year-old, hailed as an ‘exceptional player’ by Brighton CEO Paul Barber, would offer great competition for Thomas Partey at the base of the Arsenal midfield – but there are other options in mind for Edu and co.
The London Evening Standard reported last week that Arsenal are working on a deal to sign West Ham United star Declan Rice this summer.
The Gunners are allegedly emerging as favourites to sign Rice, who is expected to leave West Ham at the end of the season.
Arsenal are also rivalling Chelsea and Newcastle United for Everton giant Amadou Onana according to Belgian transfer reporter Sacha Tavolieri.
Caicedo, Rice and Onana are just three of the names on Arsenal’s radar, but it all points towards Edu viewing a new midfielder as a top priority.
