Arsenal forward Gabriel Martinelli has responded to Aston Villa goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez’s post on Instagram following the match against Leicester City.
Martinez has revelled in Villa’s 1-0 win against Leicester away from home at the King Power Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
Ross Barkley, signed on loan from Chelsea in the summer transfer window, scored for Dean Smith’s side in injury time.
Martinez played for the Villans, and the Argentine goalkeeper is delighted with the win and has received a response from his former Arsenal teammate Martinez to his post on Instagram.
The 28-year-old joined Villa from Arsenal in the summer transfer window for a fee reported by The Guardian to be worth £20 million.

Praise for Ross Barkley
Meanwhile, Villa boss Smith has praised Barkley following the match against Leicester.
The 26-year-old England international attacking midfielder has made an instant impact at the Villans following his loan move from Chelsea.
According to WhoScored, the former Everton star has scored two goals in two league games for Villa.
Smith told The Birmingham Mail about Barkley: “He’s a high-calibre player. I’m thankful to Chelsea that they’ve loaned him to us.”
The Villa boss added: “The Doc (Ricky Shamji) has looked after him the past week. He’s had a bit of a knee injury and he was touch and go as to whether he was going to start.
“He only trained on Saturday. He’s done a lot of work with the Doc who nursed him through to a 90-minute winner.”
Villa are second in the Premier League table at the moment with 12 points from four matches.
