Liverpool, Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal scouts have been impressed by Valencia central defender Cristhian Mosquera, according to Super Deporte.
The report has claimed that scouts from Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal all watched the match between the Spain Under-19 side and their Austrian counterparts on March 23, and liked what they saw from Mosquera.
The match ended in a 2-2 draw.
Valencia centre-back Mosquera, 17, was in action for the Spain Under-19 side, and so was his club teammate Jesus Vazquez.
Vazquez plays as a left-back and is 19 years of age.
Super Deporte have reported that Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal scouts were impressed by both Mosquera and Vazquez.
The report has added that there is a release clause of €25 million (£20.82 million) in Mosquera’s contract.

Cristhian Mosquera too expensive for Liverpool and Arsenal
In our opinion, Mosquera is too expensive for Liverpool and Arsenal.
We do not think that Liverpool or Arsenal should pay €25 million (£20.82 million) to sign a 17-year-old central defender.
After all, Liverpool and Arsenal are well stocked in central defence.
Moreover, Mosquera is just starting out in his career and has yet to establish himself in the Valencia first team.
The Valencia no. 37 has made two starts and two substitute appearances in La Liga so far this season.
