Arsenal defeated Tottenham 2-0 in the north London derby clash in the Premier League on Saturday.

Former Arsenal players and club legends took to Twitter to express their joy after the Gunners eased to a 2-0 victory over Tottenham at the Emirates on Saturday.
After a frantic opening half-an-hour, the home side took the lead in controversial circumstances in the 36th minute. Davinson Sanchez was adjudged to have fouled Alexis Sanchez, and Shkodran Mustafi headed home from the resulting free-kick. The replays showed he may have been marginally offside.
The Gunners doubled the lead five minutes later when Sanchez scored from a tight angle to put the hosts in firm control at the break.

With this victory, not only did Arsenal maintain their impressive home record so far, but they also moved within just one point of fourth-placed Spurs.
Arsenal had only 42% of the possession, as they looked to hit on the counter in the second half. They took 14 shots of which only five were on target, according to BBC Sport.
