Tottenham Hotspur currently sit just one point behind Arsenal in the Premier League table.
BT Sport’s Ian Wright
Ian Wright has explained why, as an Arsenal fan, Tottenham are worrying him this season, when speaking to the Sun Goals app, and quoted via Sport Review.
The Gunners currently sit top of the Premier League table, with Spurs just one point behind them in fourth.
Since Mauricio Pochettino’s appointment at White Hart Lane in 2014, Tottenham have unquestionably closed the gap on their fierce rivals and many would say they are now in prime position to actually move ahead of Arsene Wenger’s men.

Wright discussed how Spurs have added an edge to their mentality this season, when speaking to the Sun Goals app, and quoted by Sport Review:
“Tottenham still worry me. They’ve got a steel to them. They don’t give up. They’re contenders.”
Wright’s point regarding the Spurs team never giving up is supported by their record of five wins and four draws in their opening nine league games, and they remain the only unbeaten side left in the division.

The two sides meet at the Emirates on November 6th in a game where the outcome will have a huge bearing psychologically on both teams.
Tottenham have not finished above Arsenal in the league during Arsene Wenger’s tenure.
Could this be the season where North London is white come May?
