The former Arsenal man had high words of praise for the Tottenham Hotspur striker.

Gunners legend Thierry Henry raved about Spurs hitman Harry Kane, when speaking on Sky Sports’ Nissan Super Sunday yesterday, suggesting that the 24-year-old already seems to have defenders beaten before he takes to the football pitch.
The England international has been in sensational form for Tottenham so far this season, scoring 13 goals in 12 appearances in all competitions for his club.

Kane’s goals have been a major contributing factor to the Lilywhites’ impressive start to their 2017/18 campaign, both domestically and on the continent, and he has firmly established himself as one of the world’s best strikers.
And Henry, who scored an incredible 228 goals in 376 games for Arsenal, highlighted how the Spurs’ frontman’s awesome ability is scaring the opposition’s defence before the game has kicked off, when speaking on Sky Sports’ Nissan Super Sunday:
“I think, right now, he’s there. I remember playing games where I knew it was OK already in the tunnel. You’re focusing, and that guy on the side is looking at you and I’m like ‘Oh man, you’re in trouble’. So then you go on the field and you give them what they want. What they want is to see if I was that. So you give them a little move and they back off and I’m like, ‘Oh you’re even more in trouble! If the guy wanted to have a go at me I’m like, ‘Oh, OK, I’m having a game here. I can see that with Kane, he’s looking at people like ‘You’re not going to do anything against me today’, and those guys back off.”

Mauricio Pochettino’s side face West Ham in the Carabao Cup tomorrow night, before they travel to Old Trafford to take on Manchester United on Saturday, with only goal difference separating the pair at the moment.
And Tottenham will need Kane to be at his very best not only in that game, but for the duration of the season, if they are to achieve success on all fronts.
