In yet another twist in the Robin Van Persie saga The Metro believe the Dutchman may play some part in this Sunday’s friendly against Cologne. RVP was expected to leave this summer but so far no clubs have met the desired transfer valuation and with Juventus manager Antonio Conte in match fixing hot water deals seem to be running thin and it is a testament to the fact Van Persie remains friendly with the bulk of the squad that he is being considered for this weekends friendly.
ESPN might be jumping the gun slightly but they seem certain that a fee has been agreed and therefore Santi Cazorla has in effect signed for Arsenal. Marseille defender Nicolas N’Koulou has been linked with a move to Manchester City. He has previously been considered a transfer target for the Gunners but interest in the Cameroonian defender is high with interest also reported from Barcelona and AC Milan according to the Daily Mail.
