Juventus midfielder Arthur Melo believes that he will get a significant role at Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal, according to TuttoMercatoWeb.
The report in the Italian news outlet has claimed that Arthur wants to leave Juventus for Arsenal in the January transfer window.
The Brazilian midfielder’s agent, Federico Pastorello, reportedly met Arsenal at the Premier League club’s training ground on Wednesday.
Following the meeting, Arthur has got the feeling he can have a significant role at Arsenal between now and the end of the season.
Juventus are reportedly open to offloading the 25-year-old Brazil international midfielder in the January transfer window, but the Italian and European giants need to find a replacement midfielder first.
Could Arthur Melo to Arsenal happen?
In our view, it does appear that it is only a matter of time before Arthur joins Arsenal on loan from Juventus in the January transfer window.
Now, of course, we know that the transfer window will close soon.

However, in our view, there is still enough time for Arsenal to get a deal done.
Arthur’s agent reportedly meeting Arsenal this week indicates that talks are at an advanced stage.
Hopefully for Arsenal, Juventus will find a replacement for Arthur that will facilitate the former Barcelona midfielder’s transfer to Arsenal.
