Arsenal want Ibrahima Bamba but now face competition from both Atalanta and Club Brugge in the race for the Vitoria Guimaraes talent.
Romano has taken to Twitter to discuss Bamba and his future.
Romano claims that Bamba could leave Portuguese side Vitoria Guimaraes as early as January with interest mounting.
Club Brugge and Atalanta are understood to be keen on Bamba with Romero adding that Premier League clubs are keen too.
Arsenal are thought to be one of the teams interested as The Mirror claim that Edu and co fancy bringing Bamba to North London.
This comes as Bamba earns recognition from the Italian national team, receiving a call-up to a training camp at Coverciano.
Italy are looking to transition players from youth to senior level and Bamba has been picked out as a potential first-team talent of the future.

Who is Arsenal target Ibrahima Bamba?
Bamba, 20, was born in Vercelli in Italy and came through with hometown club Pro Vercelli.
The midfielder was plucked away from Italy in 2020 though as Vitoria Guimaraes lured him to Portugal.
A 6ft anchor man who can also fill in as a centre back when needed, Bamba has made 25 first-team appearances for Vitoria.
Even with such a small sample size, Bamba is attracting major interest with Arsenal and others around Europe now interested.
Arsenal are looking at signing another holding midfielder to compete with Thomas Partey.
Youri Tielemans has been a big name mentioned but Arsenal have been considering young prospects too.
Palmeiras ace Danilo fits that bill and so does Bamba, with Arsenal potentially viewing him as a player who can grow into a first-team role.
There will now be major competition for Bamba but it sounds like Vitoria are at least open to selling their prized prospect in January.
