Arsenal have offered Hector Bellerin to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer transfer window, according to The Times.

It has been reported that Arsenal want to offload Bellerin in the summer transfer window, and that he is among five defenders who are available for sale to recoup the money being spent to sign Gabriel from Lille.

The Gunners have offered the Spanish right-back to 2019-20 Champions League finalists PSG, according to the report.

The report has further stated that PSG are looking for a new right-back, adding that the Ligue 1 champions ‘would need to assess’ how the 25-year-old ‘has recovered after a lengthy knee injury last season’.

Arsenal exit this summer

Bellerin is a good right-back, but the Spaniard has had injury problems in recent years, and he does not look the same player when he first burst onto the scene.

Described by former Chelsea striker and pundit Tony Cascarino as “quick” and “pleasing on the eye” but “not a good right-back” on talkSPORT on June 22, 2020, Bellerin can get back to his best if he gets regular playing time.

If Arsenal reportedly want him gone, then perhaps the 25-year-old should look to move on.

PSG are a massive club and reached the final of the Champions League this past season, and a switch to the French giants would be big for Bellerin.
