It has been revealed that PSG have told Arsenal that Neymar could be available to sign in the summer transfer window.
This revelation emerged on 90 Min’s The Talking Transfers podcast, as it seems like the Brazilian megastar is set to leave the Ligue 1 giants.
Arsenal now could have the golden opportunity to wrap up a transfer for Neymar, who remains one of the best players in the world at 31.
Arsenal could wrap up Neymar transfer
Branded as a ‘genius’ by Tite via Fot Mob, the former Barcelona attacker has had yet another stupendous season, with 18 goals and 17 assists to his name in all competitions.
Described as ‘one of the best players in the world’ by Arsene Wenger via All Football, he continues to cement his legacy as one of the greatest to ever grace the beautiful game.
Now, it has been claimed by journalist Graeme Bailey that Arsenal have been told that if they wished to, they could seal a transfer for Neymar in the summer.

“We did mention that the likes of [ Manchester] United, [Manchester] City and Arsenal have been kept informed, but that was being driven by the Neymar and the PSG end where they were letting these clubs know about the situation. United are aware of what is going on here, and intermediaries are hard at work.”
Arsenal should steer clear of the deal due to his injury record
While a transfer involving Neymar should be a no-brainer for any club, Arsenal should avoid making a move due to his injury record.
At PSG, while the Champions League winner has stepped up on the pitch, he simply has not been fit enough to even partake in the biggest games of the season.
This theme has continued this campaign, as he was unavailable for the Parisians’ 2-0 defeat to Bayern Munich in the second leg of the Champions League Round of 16 clash.
With the Gunners now set to participate in Europe’s elite competition as well, it may be unwise to sign Neymar, whilst having him take a chunk of their wages home.
