TMW are reporting that the 21-year-old Serbia international striker has rejected Arsenal’s offer.
Arsenal have offered Vlahovic €10 million per year as salary (£8.37 million per year/£160,949.94 per week) but that is not enough for the striker to make the transfer now.

Arsenal are in the running for the Premier League top four at the moment.
A player of Vlahovic’s quality would make Arteta’s side so much better and more potent in attack.
