Last night after his performance against CSKA Moscow, fans were begging the Toffees to take him.
Wilshere struggled badly in Arsenal’s Europa League quarter-final in Russia.
He was substituted with 20 minutes remaining with Arsenal 2-0 down. Only after the change did the Gunners improve, and fight back to claim a 2-2 draw and 6-3 aggregate victory.
Before he went off Arsenal were one goal conceded away from exiting on away goals, and fans were beginning to get worried.
A few solid performances from Wilshere will turn supporters back around, but time is running out for him with the season coming to a close.
The England international may even be affected by the uncertainty over his future, especially knowing that another injury could wreck his chances of a deal at any top level club.
