Lucas Torreira isn’t being used right at Arsenal, according to fans.

Arsenal fans on Twitter are demanding that Lucas Torreira is given a defensive-midfield role by Unai Emery going forward.
The Uruguay international hasn’t had a brilliant second season in North London so far, though the Gunners boss has deployed him in a slightly more advanced role than he is used to.
But the Arsenal star dazzled in his familiar anchoring position in the 1-0 win over Peru this past weekend.
And fans of the Emirates Stadium club were unequivocal in their demands that Emery begins to use the 23-year-old in the best possible position for him.
Here’s what they messaged Emery on Twitter:
The problem Emery has is that Granit Xhaka, the club captain, is Arsenal’s first-choice defensive midfielder.
There are many Gunners supporters who rate Torreira a lot higher, but the Switzerland international was a regular fixture under Arsene Wenger for two years and remains an ever-present player, which suggests that he does, in fact, have his qualities.
Torreira joined the Premier League side from Sampdoria in the summer of 2018 for £26 million [The Guardian].
