Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane had a game to forget in the Champions League final.
He failed to make any sort of positive impact for Spurs, who lost the final 2-0 to Liverpool.
Kane’s late actions in the game had fans of rivals Arsenal fuming.
Gunners fans on Twitter laid into Kane for his late ‘dive’ in the 89th minute in the Liverpool penalty area.
Spurs were two goals down already and the ease in which he went to ground looked a tad embarrassing.
The referee was not swayed into giving Tottenham a lifeline and awarding a penalty for them, when it appeared Kane had simply touched shoulders with his opponent.
Kane was starting his first game for Tottenham since early April.
He managed only 26 touches in 90 minutes.
