Arsenal fans have responded to Dani Ceballos’s post on Twitter following the EFL Cup tie against Liverpool on Wednesday evening.
Ceballos, signed on loan from Spanish and European giants Real Madrid in the summer transfer window, missed from the penalty spot during the shootout in the fourth-round tie at Anfield.
The match finished 5-5 after normal time, and Liverpool won the penalty shootout 5-4 to book their place in the next round of the competition.
Ceballos has taken to Twitter to express his disappointment at missing from the spot against Liverpool, and the 23-year-old Spain international attacking midfielder has also apologised to the Arsenal fans and remains committed to the Gunners.

Improvement needed
Ceballos is a very good and promising young midfielder, but the Spaniard has not been exactly great for Arsenal for a while and needs to improve.
According to WhoScored, the 23-year-old has made six starts and four substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Gunners so far this season, providing two assists in the process.
