Arsenal and Manchester United went head-to-head this weekend with the Gunners coming out on top.

Arsenal ended Manchester United’s 25-match unbeaten league run with a 2-0 victory at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
The Gunners won courtesy of second-half goals from Granit Xhaka and Danny Welbeck, with United’s defence breached twice in just three minutes.
It was a decisive period of the game and ensured Arsenal maintained their hopes of a top-four finish, while delivering a hammer blow to United’s ambitions of reaching the Champions League via that route.
Among the Arsenal players on show was defender Rob Holding, who started alongside Laurent Koscielny and Nacho Monreal in a three-man defence.

The former Bolton Wanderers player made some mistakes that on another day could have proved costly, but luckily for Arsenal, their goalkeeper Petr Cech withstood whatever United threw at him.
