Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are both reportedly keen on signing the World Cup winner.

According to a report from Sky Sports, Arsenal are monitoring Borussia Monchengladbach centre-back Matthias Ginter ahead of a potential summer swoop for the German, and some Gunners fans took to Twitter in reaction to the speculation.
Arsenal have been incredibly poor defensively this season, despite spending around £35 million on Bernd Leno and Sokratis Papastathopoulos during the summer transfer window.
Unai Emery is still in the early stages of his tenure at Emirates, but questions are already being asked of his coaching abilities.
Whether Ginter would be an upgrade on what the Spaniard already has at his disposal at Arsenal, however, is up for debate.
Tottenham are also in for the German, according to Sky Sports, so the Gunners will not have things all their own way, if they do in fact make a move for the centre-back.
