Some Arsenal fans were reacting after the latest news from David Ornstein about Martin Odegaard.
What’s the story?
According to the journalist, Real Madrid and the Gunners are close to an agreement for the Norwegian. A transfer could be completed in the region of €35m (£30m), just £8m less than what the club will receive for Joe Willock
The deal is not yet complete, but it is seemingly headed in the right direction. Odegaard did not train with his Madrid teammates on Tuesday ahead of his impending move.
Despite his arrival not yet being complete, there is already news about his availability for Mikel Arteta.
The Athletic claim the 22-year-old could feature in this Sunday’s clash against Chelsea. But there is still plenty of work to be completed before a deal can be finalised.
For the youngster to be available against the Blues, Arsenal will need to register the player by midday this Friday.

Odegaard/Willock comparison: Arsenal have bagged a bargain
Reporters, newspapers, ex-players and pundits, everyone has been quick to criticise the club over their poor transfer dealings.
However, the last week has been a massive success for the Gunners.
Selling Willock for £22m and then capturing Odegaard for £30m has bagged Arsenal a sensational bargain.
The club have effectively upgraded on the Hale End academy product for just £8m.
Given their recent history in the market, it is a decent victory for the Gunners.
