Nabil Fekir talked up a move to Arsenal recently – and fans would love him.

Lyon playmaker Nabil Fekir has prompted speculation about a January move to Arsenal. Speaking to Diario AS, the 24-year-old revealed that it was his dream to play in Spain’s top flight, but added that he had the “option” of joining a Premier League side and listed Arsenal as a potential destination.
He said: “Real Madrid, Barcelona and Atletico are all great clubs. Their interest in me is something which is really pleasing, but I have not received any firm offers and right now I’m at Lyon, and I’m happy at this club.
“I’m not sure what my future holds but La Liga would be a dream destination for me and my career.
“England too is an option, with Manchester City and Arsenal.”

Fekir has been in outstanding form in Ligue 1 this season, scoring 12 goals in 15 starts which, for a number 10, is a brilliant return and Arsenal fans are understandably excited.
Mesut Ozil’s stock continues to rise following a wondergoal in the 1-0 win over Newcastle United on Saturday, but is it too little too late for the Gunners?
The German maestro is out of contract next summer and his brilliant form is undoubtedly going to alert some big fish in January.

The Gunners are already preparing for the possibility of losing Alexis Sanchez for free and losing both for nothing would be a monumental mistake on Arsene Wenger’s part.
Consequently, you wonder whether the French manager could offload Ozil to the highest bidder next month and sign Fekir as his replacement.
If the reaction from Arsenal fans is anything to go by, they’d have him in a heartbeat.
