Arsenal fans certainly aren’t liking Mohamed Elneny at the moment.

Arsenal have had a rollercoaster last five days or so.
First, Arsene Wenger’s side pulled off something of a surprise by beating Tottenham Hotspur 2-0 in last Saturday’s North London derby at the Emirates – their first win over Spurs in over three years.
But the Gunners failed to build on that performance as Wenger’s troops slumped to a demoralising 1-0 defeat away to Cologne in the Europa League last night.

Wenger named 11 changes from the side that beat Spurs as the Frenchman fused youth with experience in Germany, but it had very little effect.
However, it was one of the visitors’ more senior players that came in for most criticism on social media afterwards: Mohamed Elneny.
The Egypt international, in truth, looked well below his best and was particularly woeful with his delivery from corners.

And Arsenal fans were merciless in their slating of him on Twitter.
