Arsenal could well face the prospect of losing Mesut Ozil, which could leave a playmaker on Unai Emery’s wishlist.

Arsenal fans have suggested signing Ajax midfielder Hakim Ziyech as Mesut Ozil’s replacement, after his performance last night.
Ziyech started for Ajax against Chelsea in the Champions League yesterday and even though the Dutch side lost, the Moroccan still caught the eye of Arsenal fans who were watching.
The playmaker carried a goal threat and his passing was on point throughout the match.
And Arsenal fans feel that Ziyech could be the ideal replacement for Ozil, if he does move on.
Unai Emery has shown a real reluctance to use Ozil this term, which has caused frustration from some sections of the Emirates Stadium crowd.
Some Arsenal fans feel that the German international still has a part to play, but if Emery does remain in charge it is hard to see the 31-year-old sticking around for too much longer, unless there is a dramatic turnaround.
If Ozil does leave Arsenal then a playmaker is likely to be high up on the Gunners’ wishlist and Ziyech could actually be a great option.
The 26-year-old has scored five goals and claimed nine assists in 17 appearances so far this campaign, with his fine form carrying over from last season.
