Luiz was in action for Arsenal in their Premier League game against Wolves at the Emirates Stadium in North London.
The 32-year-old central defender started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as it ended in a 1-1 draw.
The Brazil international, who can also operate as a defensive midfielder, was involved in the goal that the Gunners scored, but the former Chelsea star struggled defensively.
According to WhoScored, Luiz – who joined Arsenal from Premier League rivals Chelsea in the summer of 2019 – had a pass accuracy of 81%, took 50 touches, and made three interceptions.
The draw with Wolves means that Unai Emery’s side are fifth in the league table at the moment with 17 points from 11 matches, three points behind fourth-placed Leicester City, who have played 10 games.
Arsenal fans were not impressed with the display produced by Luiz and have criticised him on Twitter.
