Aubameyang set up Granit Xhaka to make it 2-0, before Aubameyang added a third following more slack Norwich defending.
Cedric Soares came on to make his debut and remarkably scored a superb left-footed strike, opening his Arsenal account in his first appearance.
Mikel Arteta will be delighted with four goals and a clean sheet, whilst the performance of Dani Ceballos was a major boost too.
The Real Madrid loanee racked up four interceptions, three aerials, two completed dribbles, one key pass, one tackle and 57 accurate passes in a strong all-round display.
