It brings an end to speculation about his future after Arsenal had made a move to secure his signature this summer.
The Gunners activated a £20million release clause in his contract before Euro 2016 but were left waiting to discover if they would secure their man as he opted to focus on the tournament with England.
They eventually missed out, with Vardy agreeing a new four-year deal to stay at the Kingpower Stadium and stick with Claudio Ranieri’s side as they head into the Champions League.

It now remains to be seen if Arsene Wenger makes a move for another striker, with that area of his team needing additions if they are to compete next season.
The Vardy saga came to a disappointing conclusion for them, and their fans have taken to Twitter to share their thoughts about the failure to sign the striker.
