Arsenal loanee Dani Ceballos came on as a substitute against Barcelona.

New Arsenal signing Dani Ceballos gave fans a brief glimpse of his ability in last night’s friendly with Barcelona.
Ceballos came on as a second half substitute at the Nou Camp.
Inevitably there was a frosty reception for the Real Madrid man, and a couple of hefty tackles came his way too.
Ceballos continued and showed flashes of his potential, calm on the ball and keen to initiate attacks.
Arsenal ended up losing the game 2-1, with Luis Suarez scoring a late winner.

For the Gunners, this was the final warm up before next weekend’s Premier League opener.
It gave them a chance to give Ceballos some much needed game time, although its unclear if he is ready to go straight into the starting line up.
What he managed to show was encouraging and fans were left pleased by the loanee’s early impression.
