Chambers, who joined Middlesbrough on a season-long loan deal from Arsenal in the summer transfer window, featured in the Premier League game against Tottenham at the Riverside Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The 21-year-old defender started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Boro lost 2-1 at home.
The former Southampton youngster did not have a great game, as he did not look very confident at the back and struggled at times to cope with the Spurs attack.
