Arsenal just signed a right back in Takehiro Tomiyasu, but that isn’t stopping Serge Aurier from fancying a move to the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners wanted a new right back before the transfer deadline, and just about landed one with Tomiyasu arriving before the window slammed shut.
Hector Bellerin has been loaned out to Real Betis, so Tomiyasu figures to start at right back for much of this season.
Mikel Arteta also has the likes of Cedric Soares, Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Calum Chambers at his disposal, so the right back area is well-stocked.
Despite that, Sky Sports claim that Serge Aurier would consider a move to Arsenal just days after being released by North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
Tottenham tried to sell Aurier for much of the summer, but then simply paid up the final year of his contract to get him out of the club.

The 28-year-old fancies staying in England, and having been spotted in an Arsenal shirt many times in recent years, him fancying a move to the Emirates Stadium isn’t a huge shock.
Some Arsenal fans are completely against the idea though, suggesting that signing Aurier would be the final straw.
Others believe that there is a reason why Tottenham were so happy to terminate Aurier’s contract, and he shouldn’t be considered for that reason alone.
There were a few fans who would be open to a short-term deal if Cedric leaves, but the general consensus is that Arsenal should stay away from Aurier.
