Arsenal defender Carl Jenkinson could be heading out of North London this summer and moving to Scottish Premiership champions Celtic.

Arsenal supporters on Twitter would be happy to see Carl Jenkinson move to Celtic as the Scottish club express their interest in the defender.
The Scottish Mail on Sunday (back page, 16/06) have claimed that Celtic are keen on taking the Arsenal man on-loan this summer, with Neil Lennon looking for a right-back.
Jenkinson has had his fair share of injuries over the years which has resulted in his future stagnating and then declining over these past few seasons.
The 27-year-old played a bit part role for Arsenal during the recently concluded campaign and will need to play on a regular basis if he is to get his career back on track.
Whether that means moving to Celtic or elsewhere in Europe then it remains to be seen, but the London-born player will be keen to put things right.
Celtic, who recently won the Treble treble in Scotland and their eighth consecutive Scottish Premiership crown, will be keen to add quality to their squad as they aim to continue their dominance.

If Jenkinson can provide that for them, and Arsenal are willing to listen to offers, then it would help Lennon fill one defensive void in his team.
But for Arsenal, they themselves need defensive options amid their lack of quality and not forgetting the injury to current first-team right-back Hector Bellerin.
