Some Arsenal fans on Twitter are worried that Houssem Aouar could join Nuno’s Tottenham Hotspur instead of Mikel Arteta’s side.
What’s the story?
Aouar is a player in demand, with both Arsenal and Tottenham interested in signing the Lyon midfielder in the summer transfer window.
Earlier this month, Le10Sport claimed interest from both the North London clubs.
Arsenal have already made an offer close to €20 million (£17.12m) for the midfielder, but Lyon value the 23-year-old at between €20 (£17.11) and €25 million (£21.41m).
Tottenham are keen on the 23-year-old as well.

Well-known and well-respected journalist Julien Laurens has now claimed on Twitter that he has been told that Spurs want the France international.
Laurens is basically backing what Le10Sport had earlier reported.
Two different sources claiming Spurs’ interest in Aouar suggests that they really want him.

As you can see from the tweets below, Arsenal fans are worried that Tottenham could sign Aouar ahead of them.
Well, some of them anyway.
Arsenal and Tottenham are massive clubs and are big North London rivals, and there could be an interesting transfer battle over Aouar ahead of us.
It will be interesting to see which club Aouar chooses, if indeed it comes to that.
