Arsenal’s Under-23 side thumped Ebbsfleet United 4-1 on Saturday.
It was a good run out for the young Gunners and Miguel Azeez scored the pick of the goals, curling home from outside the box in the second half.
United released footage of Azeez netting Arsenal’s fourth of the day on Twitter.
And here’s how some fans of the North London club reacted to footage of the 18-year-old.
Disappointing
Despite the goal, some Arsenal fans will be disappointed.
And that’s because the fact that Azeez played for the reserves on Saturday might indicate that he won’t be involved against Chelsea this afternoon.
The Gunners square off against their London rivals in a pre-season friendly and it’s unlikely that Azeez will feature.
Remember, the 18-year-old academy prospect also scored a cracker in a friendly win over Watford last week.
So for Mikel Arteta to have no plan for him today may disappoint some fans of the Emirates Stadium club, if he indeed is not involved.
Arteta’s side face the Blues at 3pm.
