Ongoing issues over Tottenham’s stadium are continuing to blight their season.

There is no date to move into their new home, and this week they are being forced to play two games within three days due to last minute fixture rescheduling.

Then yesterday The Independent reported Tottenham’s spiralling debt due to spending on the stadium, claiming the club need to borrow a further £237 million.

Spurs have had a good start to the season in the Premier League, yet are still five points off the league leaders and sit outside the top four.

Ominously, rivals Arsenal have sneaked ahead of them after an impressive winning run of their own.

Arsenal have finished outside the top four for the past two seasons and are benefitting currently from replacing Arsene Wenger with Unai Emery.
