Camavinga has started just five La Liga games this season whilst making 11 substitute appearances.
The 20-year-old has long been tipped as a future star in midfield but breaking past Luka Modric and Toni Kroos isn’t easy.
Add in that Aurelien Tchouameni joined last summer and the route to regular starts is bumpy for Camavinga.
Arsenal seemly fancied their chances of securing a loan deal for Camavinga, giving him regular minutes in the Premier League without having a buy option.
However, Real just aren’t interested and Ancelotti has now indicated that Camavinga is going absolutely nowhere.
Ancelotti has been quoted by Fabrizio Romano as saying that Camavinga is ‘untouchable’ and should be considered in the same light as Modric and Kroos.
This was always going to be an ambitious move for Arsenal but Edu will now need to move on with Camavinga set to stay in Madrid rather than head to North London.
