Arsenal fans. Remember how painful it felt to see Cesc Fabregas lining up in a Chelsea shirt, after he became a hero at the Emirates Stadium?
Well, now it could be time to get revenge.
What’s the story?
Well, according to Foot Mercato, Arsenal are interested in signing Chelsea legend Eden Hazard.
In fact, the Gunners are said to have already made contact with Real Madrid in regards to the Belgium international’s availability.
Interestingly, Chelsea are also keen, although the Blues may not be allowed to sign the 31-year-old unless a buyer for the club is found, after the UK Government sanctioned Roman Abramovich.

If Mikel Arteta managed to sign Hazard, and the £130m man shone in north London instead of west London, it would surely be a painful sight for Chelsea fans.
With everything that’s going on at Stamford Bridge right now, it would be certain to pile even more misery on the Chelsea supporters.
Arsenal should sign Chelsea icon Eden Hazard
In our view, the signing of Hazard could be a masterstroke by Arsenal.
Admittedly, there are legitimate concerns over the Belgian, as he’s scored just six goals in 65 games for Real Madrid.
However, Arteta has a very young frontline, so a bit of genuine experience in attack wouldn’t go amiss, something Hazard can deliver.

The former Lille maestro has made 612 appearances throughout his career, while also amassing 116 caps for Belgium – he has bundles of experience.
Keep an eye on this saga – if Arsenal can somehow get Hazard to north London, it would surely be a horrible sight for Chelsea fans.
