According to CMW, Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal could beat Paris Saint-Germain to the signing of Inter Milan central defender Milan Skriniar, which will come as a blow to Antonio Conte’s Tottenham Hotspur.
Arsenal could beat PSG to Milan Skriniar signing
The Italian news outlet has reported that Arsenal are interested in signing Skriniar on a free transfer next summer when his current contract with Inter runs out.
Defending Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain are also keen on the 27-year-old, according to the report, which has added that Arsenal could beat PSG to the signature of the defender next summer unless Inter are able to convince the Slovakia international to put pen to paper on a new deal.
Blow for Tottenham Hotspur?
This report in CMW will come as a blow for Tottenham Hotspur, who have also been linked with the £91,000-per-week (SalarySport) Skriniar.
Earlier this month, CMW reported that Tottenham ready to pay €30 million (£26.52 million) for the 27-year-old Slovakia international centre-back.

We do not think that Inter will sell Skriniar in the middle of the season.
After all, the former Serie A champions will not want to lose one of their best players at a time when they are aiming to finish in the top four.
So, if Arsenal win the Premier League title, then the Gunners will be much more appealing to Skriniar than Tottenham.
