Walcott has played just 47 minutes of Premier League football all season for the Gunners with manager Arsene Wenger preferring younger alternatives like Alex Iwobi.
Walcott, 28, needs a move in order to save his World Cup chances, which currently look bleak.
He is the type of player who Newcastle United lack, and manager Rafa Benitez should consider making a move for the pacy attacker.
A fully motivated Walcott can be a real asset to Newcastle as he looks to try and prove a point to Three Lions boss Gareth Southgate.
Walcott has scored twice this season in four Europa League matches and has one assist, showing he can still be a dangerous asset when given a chance, but Arsene Wenger has no room for him in his Premier League side.
He can play on the wing or up front and that versatility will be useful for a manager as tactically astute as Benitez.
The Toon have scored just 10 goals in 11 Premier League matches and Walcott would add a different dimension to a side which has struggled to test defences upon their return to the top flight.
Walcott’s Arsenal career appears to be a dead end, and his World Cup chances along with it.
Once a sensation of English football, Walcott needs to leave for his own sake, and Newcastle should offer him the chance to revive his fortunes.
