Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka has praised England teammate Tammy Abraham – a player the Gunner missed out on signing this summer.
Saka played alongside Abraham for England on Saturday night, with both players on the scoresheet against Andorra.
That may have hurt some Arsenal fans, who were robbed of the chance to see them together at the Emirates Stadium.
Arsenal were interested in Abraham over the summer. As a boyhood Gunners fan, Abraham surely would have been keen.
The Athletic even reported that Abraham told Chelsea teammates he wanted to join Arsenal and was waiting for their offer.
It never came.
Instead, Abraham headed off to Roma. After starting the season brilliantly, Abraham is back in the England squad and showing Arsenal what they missed out on.
Winger Saka may wish Abraham had joined Arsenal, especially after his latest comments.

As quoted by The Independent, Saka said that Abraham is his boy and is ‘really happy’ for him to be firing on all cylinders.
Saka added that Abraham has dealt with a move to Roma perfectly, wishing him all the best – even if he missed out on a move to Arsenal.
“I’m really happy for Tammy,” said Saka. “He’s my boy. I’m just really happy he got his goal because he’s been working really hard, he’s been in really good form out in Italy so I’m really happy for him.”
“It is football and different challenges will come up and I feel he’s dealt with this one (moving to Roma) well so far, I just wish him the best and I’m happy he got his goal,” he added.
