Arsenal forward Nicolas Pepe has endured a difficult start to life since moving to the Emirates Stadium.

Pepe has made a slow start to his Arsenal career, and his performance at Old Trafford on Monday evening came in for fierce criticism.
The Ivorian had minimal impact on the match, as Arsenal picked up a 1-1 draw with Manchester United.
Pepe has just one goal in his seven Premier League appearances for Arsenal last night.
But Emery has urged patience with Arsenal’s record signing.
Emery has held individual meetings with Pepe this week, and the Gunners boss insists that the 24-year-old is taking on board his instructions.
“He needs to play, he needs to train, he needs to be with us, he needs to also understand better English/French with us, with the players,” Emery said.
“I am speaking with him and he is telling me he understands me when I am showing him some moves individually and also speaking about how we want him to play with us.

“But really it is one process and I am sure he is going to be, step by step by playing matches, getting better with his performance.”
Pepe could well be handed a chance to start this evening, when Arsenal take on Standard Liege.
Emery is set to rotate for Arsenal’s Europa League clash, but Pepe may be given a chance to stay in their starting line-up, as the Gunners look to get him adjusted to his role in their team as quickly as possible.
