
Fabrizio Romano has claimed on Twitter that Arsenal have made a bid for Albert Sambi Lokonga.
The well-known and well-respected journalist has reported that Arsenal have offered Anderlecht €17.5 million (£15.04 million) plus add-ons for Lokonga.
The Guardian and SkySport journalist has added that Arsenal have already agreed personal terms with the Belgian midfielder.

Romano’s tweet suggests that Arsenal are very keen on signing Lokonga.
If not, then why would the North London club make a bid to Anderlecht?
With personal terms having reportedly being agreed, it seems that all Arsenal need to do now to bring the midfielder to the Emirates Stadium is agree on financial details with Anderlecht.
There is speculation that the midfielder will not be in pre-season training with Anderlecht.

It is another clue that the future of the youngster is at Arsenal.

The Anderlecht no.48 made 33 appearances in the Jupiler Pro League last season.
The 21-year-old scored three goals and gave two assists in those games.
