Auston Trusty has big Arsenal dreams having joined the Gunners in an under-the-radar move back in January.
The Gunners were fairly quiet in January when some were desperate for Dusan Vlahovic to arrive from Juventus.
Arsenal did though strike a late deadline day deal as defender Auston Trusty agreed a deal with the Gunners.
Few Arsenal fans can really claim to have known about Trusty, who was playing for Colorado Rapids, at the time, but he is now earning praise.

Auston Trusty has big Arsenal dreams
Defender Trusty had been with Philadelphia Union before being traded to Colorado Rapids in 2019.
Trusty joined Arsenal without having ever even been called up to the United States national team.
Given that Colorado Rapids are also owned by Stan Kroenke, you could forgive Arsenal fans for thinking that this was just a signing that would never actually play for the cub.
Trusty saw out last season back on loan at Colorado Rapids and Arsenal immediately wanted to loan him out again.
Birmingham City were happy to take the American on loan and the move is proving to be an absolute masterstroke.
The 24-year-old has bagged three goals in 17 Championship games and is playing regularly under John Eustace.
That’s pretty much ideal for Arsenal, who will have wanted to see Trusty handle English football to assess his future.
It may still be a long shot for Trusty to become a first-team player at Arsenal but the Gunners do need a left-sided centre back as cover for Gabriel Magalhaes.
If Trusty can keep impressing and developing, why can’t it be him?
That’s certainly how Trusty is thinking anyway having spoken to MLS Soccer about his future with Arsenal.
Trusty noted that his mindset is completely set on playing for Arsenal, believing the Gunners are simply the best club in the world right now.
Trusty added his praise for Birmingham but his goal to play for a ‘top team’ in the Premier League like Arsenal – and he’s certainly doing everything right at St Andrews.
“I’m in contact with them all the time and my mindset is to get to Arsenal and play for Arsenal,” said Trusty. “It’s probably the best club in the world right now and I’m excited for it.”
“It’s the perfect spot right now and I’m doing my thing, at an incredible organization in Birmingham. But, obviously, the goal is to play in the Premier League, play at a top team. That’s where it’s at,” he added.
