Arsenal want Ardon Jashari and his comparisons to midfield superstar Jude Bellingham should spark Edu into action for a January transfer.
You can be sure that Arsenal are tracking a host of young players around Europe and even further afield.
That’s how Arsenal ended up signing the likes of Gabriel Martinelli and their most recent young Brazilian addition in Marquinhos.
Others like Omar Rekik and Nikolaj Moller have arrived in recent times and another European prospect is on the radar.

Arsenal want Ardon Jashari
One name on the list is Luzern talent Ardon Jashari.
Matteo Moretto of Relevo reported last month that Arsenal are interested in signing Jashari but Ajax, Napoli, Nice and Real Sociedad are also keen.
Sky Germany now state that six Bundesliga clubs want Jashari too, but that’s not their most interesting claim.
The report claims that Swiss sources believe Jashari is the new Jude Bellingham and can develop into the same level of player in the coming years.
That’s exciting enough for Arsenal given how good Bellingham has become with Borussia Dortmund.
Yet it also sounds like Jashari would be very keen on a move to Arsenal in order to follow in the footsteps of Granit Xhaka.
Jashari admitted to SRF that he would love to copy Xhaka’s career amid hearing that Arsenal are interested in him.
You can certainly see the parallels; both are midfielders, both have emerged in Switzerland, both are part-Albanian and both are left-footed.
Jashari may well be able to emerge as Xhaka’s eventual heir for both Switzerland and now Arsenal, and Edu needs to be ready to strike.
The Bellingham comparisons are pretty huge for Jashari and it will remind Arsenal fans of how Tony Adams claimed Bellingham to Arsenal was all but done years ago before the Gunners ended up missing out.
That will sting Arsenal given that Bellingham is now worth at least £100million, a mere fraction of what the Gunners could have paid.
Arsenal now have a chance to sign a midfield prospect of their own in Jashari and dangling that chance to play with Xhaka may just help win the race if Edu does indeed make a move.
