Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United are among the clubs linked with RB Salzburg-owned FC Basel striker Dimitri Oberlin in the January transfer window.

According to Estadio Deportivo, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing Dimitri Oberlin from RB Salzburg.
It has been reported that Sevilla and Napoli had already shown interest, and now the two North London club are looking at the 20-year-old, who is currently on loan at FC Basel.
Spurs and Arsenal are not the only two Premier League clubs who are (reportedly) interested in the Switzerland Under-21 international, though.

According to The Sun, Newcastle United manager Rafael Benitez want the youngster, and so do Manchester United.
The British tabloid has claimed that Oberlin, who is playing in the Champions League with Basel this season, is valued at £20 million.

It will be interesting to see what Oberlin does if indeed offers are made for him in the January transfer window.
Given that he is playing in the Champions League and Basel are in the knockout rounds of the competition, the youngster could well decide not to switch clubs.
