Arsenal, Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur are in the race to sign Birmingham City talent Trevan Sanusi this summer.

Birmingham City now face a battle to keep hold of teenager Trevan Sanusi with the Premier League’s top clubs now interested.

That is according to the Daily Mail, who claim that Sanusi is attracting major interest this summer.

It’s stated that Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool, Tottenham and Newcastle United have been scouting Sanusi.

Manchester United also watched the 16-year-old in April as they plot a move of their own.

It’s stated that Sanusi has been scoring regularly for Birmingham’s youth setup and has even been playing Under-21 football.

Any time a 16-year-old is playing Under-21 football, there is going to be lofty interest.

Birmingham now face a major battle to keep hold of Sanusi and may well receive offers for the winger this summer.

Trevan Sanusi will be looking to become another Jude Bellingham

Birmingham’s youth setup has been productive of late with George Hall and Jordan James becoming first-team players.

Nico Gordon, Tate Campbell, Marcel Oakley, Zach Jeacock, Alfie Chang, Brandon Khela and Josh Williams are around the first-team squad too.

Of course, the biggest success is Jude Bellingham.

The England midfielder rose through the Birmingham ranks and now finds himself at Real Madrid.

Matching Bellingham’s success may seem impossible but this will now be the dream of all players rising up at St Andrew’s.

Sanusi will be no different and you could hardly blame him for wanting to go down a similar route to Bellingham.

Bellingham ignored Premier League interest in favour of playing regularly for Borussia Dortmund – a decision which worked out perfectly.

Who knows, maybe Sanusi will be minded to reject Premier League clubs for a European adventure just like Bellingham.
