90Min claim that Arsenal and Tottenham both had scouts to watch Salzburg’s win, with a number of players on the radar.
Goalscorer Konate and Salzburg teammate Lucas Gourna-Douath were both studied by the North London duo, as was playmaker Gloukh.
This was a comfortable win for Salzburg but hardly the best day for Gloukh as he was substituted at half time.
This isn’t the first time we have seen Arsenal and Tottenham linked with Gloukh.
The Guardian claimed in July that Arsenal and Tottenham were rivalling Manchester City for the Israeli star.
The Sun added in September that Arsenal had been watching Gloukh on international duty, so the Gunners are keeping tabs on him very closely.

Attacking midfielder Gloukh scored nine goals in 36 first-team games for Maccabi but really shot to prominence in 2022.
Gloukh was sensational at the Under-19 European Championships and guided Israel to the final against England, scoring in a losing effort.
The 19-year-old earned his big move in January of this year, completing a switch to Red Bull Salzburg.
Gloukh has now bagged six goals and six assists in 37 games for Salzburg, shining as a playmaking talent.
Hailed as a ‘fantastic’ player by Israel captain Eli Dasa, Gloukh seems destined for a big future – and it may just belong in North London.
