
Some Arsenal and Crystal Palace fans have taken to Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Granit Xhaka at the Emirates Stadium.
Xhaka was in action for for Arsenal in their Premier League game against Palace at home on Thursday evening.
The 28-year-old midfielder played well in the middle of the park and was a force to be reckoned with.
The Switzerland international made a brilliant tackle on Palace winger Wilfried Zaha in the first half and stopped Christian Benteke from scoring in the second period.
Xhaka spread the passes well and drove the team forward on a number of occasions.
According to WhoScored, the midfielder took one shot which was not on target, had a pass accuracy of 88.4%, won two headers, took 130 touches, attempted two dribbles, and made six tackles and three clearances.
So far this season, Xhaka has made 13 starts and one substitute appearance in the Premier League for the Gunners, scoring one goal in the process, according to WhoScored.
Some Arsenal fans were impressed by the display produced by Xhaka, and even some Palace supporters were too.
