Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal and Graham Potter’s Chelsea are interested in signing Moussa Diaby from Bayer Leverkusen, according to 90min.

90min have reported that scouts from Arsenal and Chelsea were in attendance to see Diaby in action for Bayer Leverkusen against Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League in midweek.
German club Bayer won the match 2-0 at home.
Diaby – who is “exciting” and “quick and tricky”, according to European football expert Kevin Hatchard – scored the second goal in the 87th minute.
90min have claimed that Chelsea and Arsenal scouts were impressed by the display produced by the French winger at the BayArena.

Exciting prospect
In our view, Moussa Diaby would be a very good and exciting signing for Arsenal or Chelsea.
The France international is only 23 now, so there is certainly potential to grow and improve even further.
The youngster has done well for Bayer over the years, and hie experience in the UEFA Champions League makes him even more attractive to big and ambitious clubs like Arsenal and Chelsea.
Diaby has given one assist in six Bundesliga appearances and has scored one goal in two UEFA Champions League matches for Bayer so far this season.
