Former Chelsea striker Diego Costa scored for Atletico Madrid against Arsene Wenger’s Arsenal in the Europa League.

Chelsea and Arsenal fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of Diego Costa for Atletico Madrid.
Former Chelsea striker Costa featured for Atletico in their Europa League semi-final second-leg tie against Arsenal at home on Thursday evening.
The 29-year-old Spain international started the match and played for 83 minutes, as the home team won 1-0.
In fact, it was Costa who scored the only goal at Estadio Metropolitano, finding the net in the second minute of first-half injury time.
Atletico have progressed to the final of the Europa League 2-1 on aggregate, having draw the first leg of their semi-final tie 2-1 against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in North London last week.

Costa was on the books of Chelsea from 2014 until January 2018 when he officially returned to Atletico for a transfer fee reported by The Telegraph to be worth £57.1 million.
The 29-year-old striker was a huge success at Chelsea, winning the Premier League twice and the League Cup once.
