Leeds United are set to sign Mateusz Bogusz.

Polish side Ruch Chorzow confirmed this week that Leeds United are set to sign top talent Mateusz Bogusz.
Bogusz is a regular for Chorzow at just 17 and is tipped to become a future international.
It is not unlike the situation Krystian Bielik’s situation at Legia Warsaw. He made his way into the first team before clinching a move to Arsenal in 2015, aged 17.
Bielik’s career at Arsenal has so far failed to meet expectations.
He has made only two first team appearances in four years, with loans at Birmingham City, Walsall, and currently Charlton Athletic in League One.
It has become clear that Bielik left Warsaw too soon, and would have been better off spending the last four years playing regularly in Poland before moving.

Bogusz faces a challenge at Leeds not to end up with the same regret.
He has 20 first team appearances this season and five goals. He should not expect to waltz into the Leeds first team straight away.
The standard with respect to the Championship leaders, is not as intense as Bielik found it at Arsenal, and Bogusz will hope to become a regular before long.
Leeds manager Marcelo Bielsa has shown he is willing to fast track young players, and Bogusz could even make his mark this season.
Yet Bielik’s misfortune at Arsenal highlights that the imminent Leeds signing is taking a risk by joining the Whites at such a young age. His courage and ambition should be commended.
