Arsenal beat Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 on Saturday night but Aaron Ramsdale still fired a late barrage at Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The Gunners headed to Molineux knowing that a win would take them five points clear of Manchester City.
City lost 2-1 to Brentford earlier in the day and Arsenal took full advantage.
Arsenal secured a 2-0 win as Martin Odegaard pounced to score a second-half brace.
Arsenal will now top the Premier League at Christmas – something few could have expected before the season started.

Aaron Ramsdale spotted screaming at Oleksandr Zinchenko
There is a very positive feeling around Arsenal right now and everybody is buzzing to be top at Christmas.
Yet for all the happiness, there is still a burning desire to keep standards high even it means calling out a teammate.
In the dying stages of Saturday’s game, Oleksandr Zinchenko was caught dawdling on the ball in the middle of the park.
The Ukrainian gave away possession to Adama Traore, who found Daniel Podence and the Portuguese ace forced a fine save out of Ramsdale.
2-0 up and with mere seconds left, this moment didn’t ned up costing Arsenal at all but Ramsdale wasn’t about to let it slide.
Ramsdale screamed at Zinchenko for messing around too much in possession and ultimately risking Ramsdale’s precious clean sheet.
We can’t exactly print what Ramsdale said but the Arsenal ace certainly received the message from his goalkeeper.
This is what Arsenal fans want to see; accountability and leadership to try and stop sloppy mistakes even when winning.
That’s the kind of mentality Arsenal will need if they are to sustain this superb start to the season and Ramsdale will seemingly step up as a vocal leader for the Gunners.
Mikel Arteta will be expecting everybody to do the same and Zinchenko will know not to mess around on the ball in the middle of the park again.
